“The staff and treatment you receive is beyond my expectations. Everyone makes you feel so important and they don’t brush your symptoms off. They really do everything possible to find the cause. The outside testing professionals they bring in for specialized tests are the best! I had a nerve study done and was expecting a lot of pain but the gentleman that performed the test explained everything in advance and calmed my fears. That test was a breeze. He explained, with each “shock”, what I would feel and when each intensity was going to be increased. He was the BEST! Then I had a chemical stress test done and was fearful because I have COPD. Again, they explained what I should expect and how to get through the test. It made my breathing very labored but Laura and the nurses and/or assistants talked to me throughout the process. Another GREAT experience with their outside professionals. The blood drawing was a breeze too. No pain! I recommend their office very highly!”
