Weight loss of more than 40 pounds will require up to a year or longer. Weight loss will depend on the total weight needed to lose, the individual patient’s ability to lose weight, and their commitment to losing weight. The plan includes:

- B complex injections monthly
- Weight, vital signs, and BMI
- Health and diet history review
- Physical exam
